Mitpass is a subscription management platform that enables independent service providers ("Providers") to create and manage subscription plans for their clients ("Clients"). The platform facilitates payment processing through Stripe Connect.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.
Providers must complete Stripe Connect onboarding and comply with Stripe's terms of service to accept payments.
All payments are processed through Stripe. Mitpass charges a platform fee of 5% on each transaction. Stripe's standard processing fees apply in addition to our platform fee.
Providers receive payouts according to their Stripe Connect payout schedule. Mitpass does not hold funds directly.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan interval (weekly, monthly, or yearly). Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Providers may deactivate plans at any time. Existing subscribers will retain their subscription until cancelled.
You may not use Mitpass for any illegal activities, to sell prohibited goods or services, to harass or harm others, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Mitpass is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
