Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods after cancellation.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Technical issues that prevented you from accessing the service
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Service not delivered as described by the provider

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact your service provider directly. If the issue involves theMitpass platform itself, contact us at support@mitpass.app with your account details and a description of the issue.

4. Provider Responsibility

Service providers are responsible for the quality of their offerings. Mitpass facilitates payment processing but does not guarantee the services provided by individual providers. Disputes about service quality should be directed to the provider first.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

6. Platform Fees

Mitpass platform fees are non-refundable. When a refund is issued, the provider bears the cost of the refund. Stripe processing fees may or may not be refunded according to Stripe's policies.
