Account information: Name, email address, and role (provider or client) when you create an account.
Provider information: Business name, description, and Stripe Connect account details for payment processing.
Payment information: Payment transactions are processed by Stripe. We store transaction records (amounts, dates, status) but do not store credit card numbers or bank account details.
Usage data: We collect basic analytics about how you use the platform to improve the service.
We use your information to provide and improve the Mitpass service, process payments through Stripe, communicate with you about your account and subscriptions, and comply with legal obligations.
Stripe: We use Stripe Connect for payment processing. Your payment information is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Supabase: We use Supabase for data storage and authentication. Data is stored securely with row-level security policies.
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security policies, and secure authentication through Supabase Auth.
If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to processing, and data portability. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Mitpass uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
